Yea it is. they are useing Lucent brand phones. Same type my company does. mostly used in large PBX's Defenatly a call center

This is a really cool cam, my wife and I enjoy it. Makes us want to put up a squirrel cam for the many we have around, including a couple orphans we raised who have their own kids now.
