looks like rain and some wind from Sandy, but it is passing and should not last, the mess is mostly along the coastline, be glad she does not live in New york as they will likely get the most stormsurge.  I pray no one gets killed there, oh, that is about 500 miles from your Sister, but sinc this storm is about 600 to 1000 miles across, she will get a bit of it, maybe even some of the snow, a wild thing this storm,  none like it ever since recorded weather patterns along the East coast. In the end she is in the safe zone, i have two sisters in Maryland, in the Target zone, all prayers accepted
