THis appears to be a Go-cart track

Its sad, that man must have died there, they finally put him on a gurney, and are still discussing things much later, two officers are there and looked like they were very stern, when i picked up on this cam, the man was face down with them standing over him/her, but think it was a man, due to stature.  No, not sure what happened, came upon the cam after the man was down on his face. Sad, but these are security cams, to record the events as they play out, good or bad, neutral observers of chaos
