If I recall corectly, there are 5 internets, each are supposed to be seamed into the next, but they are not, money is the bottom of it basically, hence the bandwidth issue, i'm amazed the hackers over there can do anything, which might be a very good thing for the rest of us

This is one of the rebelling Server types of internet, made that way due to China's influence, we are lucky to be able to even view it, life is about to go bad to worse if the crazies have their way, might pray for these unfortunates before there is a lot less of them, this time due to strange political ties, likely we cant help as much, or won't, or get involved way to deep. I have friends over there, and hope they get out soon. This could go down in days, as i said, pray for them, and the US
