Green Thumb please.
MD04/13/14 00:20
I hardly recognized this place without snow.

More clicks needed on the green thumbs on various cams. ;-)

This is another cam I really like.

ITS SNOWING HEAVY I LIKE THIS DONA SMILE
MD07/14/13 22:09
Dona and I tried to keep a bit of a vigil but missed Joe. Luckily William Victor saw him. How exciting to travel so far, but too far for me. I must say that the thought of Japan in Spring with all the cherry blossom sounds lovely.

Hi MD, I was waiting for him to wave in Gifu, but it would have been difficult to catch him!

I've learned more geography through looking at Opentopia than I ever did in school. And as you say, it's the fact that you can go all around the world in the comfort of your own armchair. A fellow Opentopian, Joe Hector, has gone to Japan for a holiday and, if all goes well, he will be going to live there before Christmas. I can only dream.......

Hi MD. Yes I watch this one and Samurai Road all year round - it's fascinating to see other cultures from my armchair. If I could travel I would love to travel to Japan in the spring to see the cherry blossom.

Jules, did you see this place when the snow was on the ground? Worse than England, well, southern England.
jules07/14/13 20:59
Very wet in Nagano today. Could do with some of this in England - Much too hot.

Gracie, check this out, Japan is getting hit with another freak storm, more severe than before, many cams show a large storm system slamming them
