That could very well be .... they have been feeling the pinch.

I don't think you will ever see any decorations in the Oviso bar .... at least ..... not until they have the place decorated. The ceiling is flaking and the walls aren't much better. I get the feeling that if a door was slammed - the whole place could collapse in a heap!

Maybe Spanish austerity measures?  I notice Oviso Bar never seems to put up any special decorations.

They haven't gone overboard with the tree lights.
