It will be interesting to see if you do feel less tired. It's a shame the nose piece falls out and disturbs you. Any way you could use a Band-Aid? I'm sure it will be beneficial to you once you get into the routine of it.

Good morning MD....56 here...the sky looked like it was on fire 30 minutes ago. used the thingy last night...took forever to fall asleep but it may have been because I had a coffee at 7...then the darn thing woke me cause the nose piece kept falling out!!!
