They can dish it out but can't take it. I've just had newly laid duck eggs. A farmer gives them to BJ and she shares them with me. They are so tasty.

Well obviously they don't think it's too urgent. It will be interesting to see if you feel a difference. Sometimes we get so used to "accommodating" changes .... we don't realise we are getting worse. You might end up feeling like a spring chicken. :D
