LOL....my body doesn't want all that darn oxygen!!!!!! I still have to take that overnight oxygen test at the end of the month to see if there is any difference....I don't know how there could be if I'm still a shallow breather, but I guess it sneaks through!!

Good afternoon Trix. These things are meant to improve our quality of life. That oxygen machine seems to be having the opposite effect. I shouldn't be trying to influence you one way or the other but if it was me ...... I'd be inclined to skip it. I would use it the night before...

Good morning MD....I hate that oxygen machine...it stayed on all night....never woke till 10 with hubby coming out before my coffee was made and I have that jittery feeling again!!!!!!!!
