I could give it a try but my heart is in poor condition. Like you - I hadn't been to the docs for years. When I finally went .....with a pain in my side ..... the doctor was so concerned about my heart he did an ECG there and then. Within one week I was at Derriford Science Park ...

yes....from 9 years ago....I've always been low!!! I just checked my heart rate and got 76 beats per minute...I was obviously nervous at the doctors. MD....try coughing when your heart goes into a mad scramble...mine does that...a few good coughs will ease it up...works for me!!...

BP was 140 over 72....I'm usually 120 over 70...........HR was 92...it's usually 75!!!!

she was going to give me pills for blood pressure and cholesterol but decided for the blood work to come back first...and of course I have to stick my arm in their door next Thursday for another blood pressure reading!!!

That's very good news. Medical people do keep saying that losing weight helps to lower blood pressure. Maybe there's something to it. LOL!!!!
