MD....she was going to give me something for the blood pressure but totally forgot...I'll mention it when they call about the cholesterol numbers. I checked again...the hibiscus in the bags is 1.26 g...so 3 bags should do it!! so I started the stupid anti-depressants last night.....

OMG....I wrote a book and got timed out!!!!!! my bags are 1.26 g....I think I'll have some later(3 bags of course) doctor says I lost a substantial amount of weight since my last visit (9 years ago)...and my oxygen level is 92...I told her I would start breathing deeper!! aside ...

I don't mind getting weighed. I know how heavy I am .... and my BMI. I don't give them chance to go through the doom and gloom spiel, I get in there first and tell them I'm morbidly obese. This happens once a year. I think I've worn them down. :D
