Water skiing races facility — Hanau, Germany

I don't know what I'm watching but there are guys standing up on what looks like a motorize ski and they riding across the top of each cement block. It looks like there's some kind of race or contest going on, with the guys seeing how many cement blocks they can ski on.

it looks like Groto means Santa Claus in Finish and there is a Santa Claus village in Finland but this doesn't look like it. This is one of the few cams that I can't get an ip# off from it.
