NQ...the last time i went to defrag (about 6 months ago), it said it wasn't necessary, but now when i try, it will not go any higher than 31% defragged...Mira said sometimes it takes awhile!!!

trix the browser can be open but you can't be doing anything in your browser while your pc is defragging, that includes having having any webcam open.Basically defragging can't happen if your pc is busy responding to every time you click your mouse or use your keyboard or have we...

Thank you Mira....I did reschedule the set time for my automatic defrag...i noticed yesterday that the set time was when computer would be off!! i did a full system viral scan last night instead of the frag!!
