That's a mighty rent increase. I don't see how landlord can justify that. Poor computer ..... they don't like their routine interfered with. LOL Did you manage to find a cheaper phone/tv/internet deal?

MD...rumor has it the landlord wants to raise our rent from $525.00 to $1,025.00...i told hubby if our furnace needs replacing, they better not replace it with a used piece of sh** if thats what we will pay for rent!!!! when daughter comes, i let her use my computer...i must tell...

WOW!!!!! What a day. I remember stepmom ....... you would leave a message saying "back in 60" but it was always longer. LOL That's saying is so true .... you get what you pay for.. and that furnace was obviously a bad bargain.

That's the weird thing about the desert, it can be raining across the street from my house, yet the sun is shining in the back yard. Crazy! I just hope it stays nice over the weekend, I want to start working outside, lots of cleanup to do after the high winds just passed.
