I always drink sugarfree soda but it's because I like the taste and I don't see the point in having sugar if there's no need. Of course ...... I need chocolate so the sugar and fat in that is acceptable. LOL!!!!

Doughnut and be damned!!!! Back in the 80's I used to run 3 slimming classes a week for Silhouette Slimming Club. I know exactly what I should eat but I know what I like. The 2 are rarely compatible. :D

Good morning Trix ..... I say "good" but that cold doesn't sound too good to me. I've never cooked ribs. Isn't that shocking? And I'd never ask. I think all scales are defective. Mine are proper Weight Watcher scales but it makes no difference .... they're defective. LOL

good morning MD...windows are almost totally frosted over...it's freakin -20 here and they said the windchill makes it feel like -35....the cats won't even go outside!!!! daughters ribs and potatoes turned out great!!! my scales arrived yesterday....don't ask....i think there def...

MD - Calf eventually made it to standing but not trailing mama around properly. At evening feeding the farmer caught it and fed it a huge bottle, then carried it back to the little nest, which was by the other cows. This morning, no mama and no calf. I'm thinking maybe the farmer...

Because of the changes making it more difficult there have been 30 consecutive roll overs, the jackpot was £28.6m but the highest amount paid out was £883. I know someone has to win it eventually but I think I've bought my last ticket. I may think differently tomorrow but tonight...
