Good morning MD..... they give a menu for the month....today is chicken breast with tarragon sauce, spinach, cauliflower and pumpkin custard...all with milk and bread or roll.

That brings to mind my first posting on Opentopia a couple of years back, when I commented on a cam showing cruise ships docking at a port in Norway. You responded, and I was hooked on O/T. I blame you for every pound I've gained by sitting on my butt !!!! LOL
