hi N Q...when my internet goes out i have to reset it by unplugging it for 30 seconds...last week when internet went out i was plugging it back in and felt a pop in shoulder or upper arm...3 days later i have a painful shoulder and useless arm...i can move the arm but cannot pick...

i got up thinking the clock said 8...went to fix coffee in kitchen and stove clock said 6..oh well...still taking pills...N Q or homely told me about aleve with naproxen in it so daughter will get me some today...the more i move the more it hurts...it will pass
