Carol, I didn't find any apples but Apple Valley is surrounded by Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge, Lebanon Hills Regional Park, Vermillion Highland and Murphy-Hanrahan Park Reserve. Now, you'd think there'd be an apple tree somewhere in that lot! LOL

LOL I made the previous post and by the time I was done the view is back to the mountains. The previous view was of groups of people along the lake shore swimming.

Trix, it took place in 1919 but I don't doubt that they can smell molasses when the weather is hot. When I was a kid there was a place a few miles from my home that used to smell very oddly in hot weather. It was referred to as the potted meat place because many years prior, anim...
