Mira Bilis, I've caught and cooked eel but I've never tried jellied eels. I used to bake eel covered with bacon. Sounds odd but it's lovely. LOL@Trix

Pity Jimmy has gone, latest local info.... thunderstorms are heading our way. 4 hours or so ago Le Havre was hit by a lightning storm that hung around for a couple of hours and is now heading across the channel to us.
