Hi NQ, BINGO! I think you nailed it! I did a little research and I think I found this place, it is: Englekirk Stuctural Engineering Center @ University of California, San Diego. Here is a link that shows some of their siesmic webcams. :-)

I've noticed that it's mainly young chaps who wear the towels. I always associate massage parlours with elderly men who can't get their "hands on" contact anywhere else. I just wish they looked at Opentopia. Then they might tell us what they get up to....... or switch the camera...
