There is some sort of rehearsal going on right now. Some girls in costume and a choreographer teaching another girl a dance. I hope they put ti all together soon so I can see what it looks like.

Hi Jules, spot on, it's a bearded vulture. It was there when I first came to the cam and I was able to study it. Looking at your links, it can't be anything but a bearded vulture. Just scrolled back up in time to see it return! Powerful looking bird. Thanks for the links.

Hi MD, It might be a small ski chalet in Lapland - it looks hilly. Luckily, it hasn't rained today here, it all came down in the night. Sometimes we miss the stormy weather altogether up in the Northeast, it kind of gives up by the time it gets to us.

To me, the house (cabin) looks to be of the Finnish venacular, so perhaps maybe there, as it is one hour away from Moscow time zone, and that might be adjusted for "daylight savings" or similar.
