I also think Finland is a good bet ... hard to see much on those stills with all the condensation though. (The car looks a lot like a Daewoo Matiz.) :-)

LOL ... when hubby and I did a UK road trip back in 2007, we discovered a CD by these guys in the Glen Coe tourism shop ... we were intrigued but not disappointed. That CD was blasted out of our car stereo for the remainder of our time in Scotland ... loved it. :-)
