Well Kyle, the secret to avoiding commercial radio is simply to listen to non-commercial radio on your computer, rather than on your conventional radio. :-) It's always worth spending a few bucks on a set of speakers that you can plug in ... or just listen using headphones ......

El Governor Motel in Mexico Beach, FL Checked the time and live cam weather. It was raining today. :) Used WunderMap to track down the area. Google Maps to find the place.
