Dona and I tried to keep a bit of a vigil but missed Joe. Luckily William Victor saw him. How exciting to travel so far, but too far for me. I must say that the thought of Japan in Spring with all the cherry blossom sounds lovely.

This is an old old seaport town. Most of what you see aren't houses, they're businesses! And it's pretty packed this weekend because it's Sail Fest. Next weekend, on Saturday, look for a HUGE ship being launched. It may very well go through that drawbridge!
