What ever that is in the sky, is moving very rapid, enlarge it and see for yourself, it has condensed air around in, when they snapped the picture, you can see the effect when a large jet takes off just as it goes airborne or slowing down to land

OH, if it turns into a flag later, hahaha let me know, its moving rather a lot like a flag more and more, but saw it up close on magnification , its not a flag . The pixel movement is getting stronger and stronger, at times it disappears totally now as it darkens. just a FYI
