MD...didn't need a bond until the judge asked how much money hubby has...and it's really not much at all.

Hi Moose...thank you...my son is getting the lawyer...I'm getting the bond...son and I are doing a co-guardianship...I just know that the law states that I have legal rights to half of hubbys estate and money.

Hi Trix... Your being baffled is exactly why you must get a lawyer. This is not about getting screwed by a lawyer, it is about getting screwed by the government on a technicality. The lawyer will help you take the proper steps in the proper order and do all the right paperwork...
