I think court appointed lawyers only get $250.00 to $300.00. I thought a bond was something I could get from the court, but I have to go to an insurance agency.

Somebody pays him but I know what you mean ..... he's getting nothing out of hubby. I hope you don't have to pay out too much. So that's another thing you've got to arrange.

So maybe hubby's lawyer really was being helpful. Maybe he knows she will get it done speedily ..... then he can get his money. Lawyers are never poor. :D

I could be wrong but he has your hubby's best interests in mind .... not yours. Maybe I'm just reading too much into it. Can you Google and find out anything about the lawyer he's suggested? If only Homely was available for advice.

I hate to say it but is hubby's lawyer pointing you to a lawyer he knows? A lawyer who might be working hand in glove with him? Would your city daughter know of a lawyer?

we left with nothing...not even a piece of paper!!!!! hubbys lawyer gave us a name of a lawyer to get...he said if things are not done right, I will lose my 50%.

Will it be "go to the stores" shopping or online? I have until 23.46 to change or cancel my order. Last week I deferred my order until tomorrow. I think I might be deferring it to next Wednesday. I'm getting all the fun of choosing without the pain of paying. LOL!!!
