Very sensible. It's so handy to have something in that just needs heating up. I've just had ice cream, maple syrup and chocolate flakes ....... at 1am. :D

I have said on here that humans could learn a lot from these birds. When all five are needing food it's fascinating to watch the parent share out whatever food they've brought in. You always get one baby that's not pushy enough but mom makes sure they are all fed.
