Hello, we are making a TV documentary about cameras in the home and the variety of reasons why people install and watch them (I should emphasise we’re not interested in sex cams). I would love to talk to people who watch this and other live feed cameras. Please get in touch with me on 0207 456 0847 or Luisa.Miller[at]raw.co.uk

Thanks for that. :)

I looked at this place on Google Streetview ... the reason we sometimes see people coming and going with musical instruments is because the Paisley Academy of Music shares the building. It's on East Lane, Paisley and looks like it's seen better days, lol. ;)

Yeah NQ ... that one has defeated me too so far ... but I won't give up. :)
has the armed guard. I left you a clue there for you but even with the Energy logo image I still can't find what that place is. It should be easy with the logo but I must not of hit on the right search words yet because I'm getting no where with it :(
Website ... http://www.cairnsolutions.com/aboutus.html You can see the sign by the door matches their logo if you look on that screengrab I posted previously. The last paragraph on the page is significant.

There's a whole lot of plastic bottles here today !
Mira Bilis11/16/14 16:50
Because it goes from colour to black & white without any loss of picture quality, which normally means a switchover from daytime to night viewing mode. :) There are lots of cams on OT that view in infra-red at night, especially security cams. (Wouldn't make much sense having a security cam that couldn't see in the dark!) :D
MD11/16/14 16:43
Mira... you know I have to ask... how can you tell it's switched to infra red?
Mira Bilis11/16/14 16:39
More research still required. :)
I see the cam has now switched to infra-red, which would explain why it looks light here after dark. ;)
MD11/16/14 16:35
Yes... that looks like CAIRN.... having turned my laptop to a strange angle!
Mira Bilis11/16/14 16:30
You could be right MD. :)
And as far as I can make out, the sign next to the door says 'CAIRN' which is one of the 'name servers' mentioned on that 'whois' link I posted yesterday ... associated with CorrelationUK.
I'm pretty sure those numbers in the top left, next to the web address, don't reflect the correct temperature ... and if they do, then they're obviously completely wrong for the UK. (Watching them on 'animation of last snapshots' mode, they go up to 28 and back down to the current number.) With all the cams we've got used to viewing on OT, I've come to expect that half the information stamped on the cam screens is inaccurate due to the operators not bothering to correct it. :)

I think a lot more of Africa used to drive on the left, being English colonies... and it's relatively recent that Scandinavia swapped from left to right. On May 27th 1826 a Samuel Brown used an engine to propel a vehicle up Shooter's Hill, London. Maybe he thought it was a good idea to drive on the left. Then when America got cars they decided to drive on the right to show their independent way of looking at things! :)

NQ....most interesting....i really thought there were more than that driving on the left...wrong again!!!!
N Q11/16/14 15:21
LOL trix ! I used to think the same until a friend of mine said he drove all over Europe and it was all right hand driving. It's really only a few countries that insist :) on driving on the wrong side of the road. Here's a map of who drives on the wrong side of the road-

Hi Mira... I wondered if the cam is indoors and we are looking through a window. Maybe that could account for the temperature.
Back to the driving on the left. It makes good sense now I've read this article:
