It's a shame this cam has gone.

Mira.... I was thinking of this place only the other day. I couldn't remember which country it was in. I'm rather proud of this one because I actually identified it..... even if it was haphazardly!  :))

Trix, I think I got here too late.  Looks very smart though. I just saw a woman walk  past the church. Made me realise what a large building it is!

i was waiting here to watch people going to church but i don't think i can make it...2-4 more hours and i need my beauty sleep...lol

Great to have the live view back!  LOL ... when I showed my hubby the photos of the interior, from that link MD posted, he said it looked like a giant sauna!  ;-D

Homely I recently saw a picture of a barn where the 2nd floor was larger then the first floor and because my dad used to be a farmer I asked him about it. He said some people did that to give the animals shade and shelter without having to let them inside the hot stuffy barn.

I wonder if the cantilever houses help provide shade for the lower level or if that area is use as a car port instead of having a garage ?

By the way this cam is live again and you're right Homely this angle does make it impossible to see the cupula.

Oh, well done everyone, well done! I agree, this is exactly the church that you found, NQ. Even the wooden walk way matches! I think that we just cannot see the cupola from this camera angle. I'd be willing to bet it is still there.

Interestingly, before I had to abandon OT for the sake of work stuff (MD, my trial just settled an hour ago!), I was looking at images of finnish architecture and found some houses built so that the first story is smaller than the second story, just like the other side of this building.

Now I'm going to have to make a note to check in very early on a Sunday morning to see if anyone is coming in and out!

I've got it bookmarked so I'll keep checking on it. I looked at animation of last snapshots or something like that. Bright lights on it at night.

LOL ... and knowing our luck, the cam will never come back now! 

Very minimalist. I DO love it when we solve a mystery!  Lets go find another one!!! LOL!

PS:  A beautiful building both inside and out, in my humble opinion (I do like a lot of modernist styles as well as traditional.)
