When you get to the "I don't care anymore" stage .... you're winning. It stops being painful. But it's always there .... bubbling away under the surface. I'm not a "turn the other cheek" person. Once I'm offended ... that's it ..... though these days nothing seems to offend me .....

They don't know the meaning of honest. Once that trust has gone .... it's gone. When hubby came in the next morning I asked him how his night shift had passed. He said he'd been very busy. When I told him I'd phoned his station .... he said I'd embarrassed him!

Hahahahahaha! That was for the accent comment. But what a sneaky beggar he is. Beats me how they can be too sick to .... for example.... carry laundry .... but can manage to sneak out and get up to goodness knows what. My first hubby was a cop. I thought he seemed to be doing too...
