Mira ..... I think we are very lucky down south as the storm is set to hit the northern parts first. I like to think it'll run out of steam by the time it gets to us but the weathermen don't agree! :D

Typical ... a truck just rolled up and spooked them but I expect they'll return. It looks very cold and snowy here at the moment so no doubt the deer are hungry.

Ugh MD ... when I was chatting to my mum yesterday she also mentioned that. She said on the Country File weather report they said it would be just wind and rain. So basically you and I will have the same weather in the coming days.

During Storm Sandy, locals relied on the phone booths ... they were a life line. I think they should at least keep a few around for emergencies like that.
