Mine tastes slightly tart .... only slightly ....... quite refreshing. It's 100% hibiscus and label says it can be drunk cold as well as hot. I shall have just 2 a day.

Trix .... interesting bird with a split personality. It says they are shy ...... then says they pluck hair from living animals, for example dogs. Lovely looking little bird. I saw wide open snowdrops on my way home.

thats a heck of a breakfast!!!! i kept waking up during the night....it may be due to worry...the house inspectors gave me a list of things that need to be done to bring the house up to code but only gave me 20 days to do it all....and after 20 days they will charge me $35.00...

Sarah .... same here. Later in the year I'm hoping to watch the kestrels on another cam ..... which isn't working at the moment. It's lovely to see the eggs laid and then hatched and they look close enough to touch.
