I'm just watching the highlights of the Monaco Formula 1 qualifying. Monaco is just 34 miles from here. We used to live 80 miles from Monaco and my husband was convinced he could hear the cars revving up. Daft bat! We were closer to the Paul Ricard ciircuit. I love Monaco.

I've never gone into the field although there is a path that takes you up and over a hill to who knows where. I have enough hills to climb without finding more! Not long ago someone in Devon was killed by cows. They are so big, I wouldn't want one treading on my toes!

the cows often followed me around in their field..to the brook then to the frog pond and they always came to the fence edge at my back yard to eat our blueberry bush...lol

MD i totally agree...i thought someone had once said that cows were mean and couldn't be trusted...i never had any bad behavior from cows and i was always in their fields...

Trix, there are lots of secret lurkers out there!!! LOL!!! Mira Bilis, same here. I wasn't even sure that that was a door to the outside world although people always seem to have coats on when they come in. The weather in Russia is obviously improving.

Trix, it's surprising how lovely they are when you see them close up. I've heard people refer to "cow eyes" as an insult but they are amazing, they have lovely long lashes.
