Gosh, I just saw a man come down the steps. First time I've seen signs of life on here. The front door is open. I wasn't keen on this place before but I'm changing my mind!

N Q, thanks for that. Makes good sense. The lady looked quite sprightly but I suppose she could have run out of steam before getting very far. And obviously, I couldn't see if she had a permit or not. Our tulips have lost their flowers now, just empty stalks waving in the breeze...
