MD, on the webcam image in the top left corner it says "Ayuntamiento" which translates as "Town Hall" ... although, having looked again, "Ayuntamiento de" translates as "City Hall" and "Ayuntamiento de Sopeira" translates as "City of Sopeira" ... sheesh ... so maybe it should jus...

Of course MD ... in fact Waitrose used to only sell French goose fat in jars (when I lived in Sussex I only ever shopped at Waitrose) ... and I watched enough Rick Stein's French Odyssey to know that all good French cooks fry with goose fat. ;)
