After you can hit all three, then try cutting the last ball into a pocket at 12 inches apart, it is one of the best regimens available.

Find a family pool hall , and rent a billiards table for a couple hours,.and simply practice strait ins, cut shots, the tiny pockets will sharpen your game,not counting the tiny balls and huge table. What it will do is build your feel for momentum of the cue, along with sighting the shot, remember, one cannot get good , unless they can imagine the lines all the time. No harder than shooting a rifle,, enjoy

Oh I still play, not good, but still enjoyable, in facti played in a tournament tonight, called the Masters, no rank or rating, in other words no handicap,we play in teams , race to seven , fun. So i do know sticks a bit.
Pool is alow impact sport, that is enjoyable if one doesnt bet. I get around that by playing on ateam , and at the end of session the team with the most points wins the money, no one gets mad that way

The cue I know of i owned, it was one of the first composite cues i had ever known of, it was a Composite of wood and Bamboo, glued in such a way as to be one of the best cues i have even used
The only one that even comes close is a predator shaft, which i use now. The one i had was made in I think Asia, and was black lacquer covered, it was the best I have ever seen or used, best feel, which is what a working player wants. In my youth I was a hustler , oh well we all have pasts.hahahaahaha
The logo was in a Asian script, a fellow i knew translated it . Don't remember what ever happened to it, sorry
