I would guess it is so the shepherd can see if his herd are popping into town for a swift 1/2 or not. Then he can send the dog out to round em up off the streets at last orders.

We've had rain all day long.
It's looking murky on this cam again. Our weather has been a mix of sun and rain so far ... it's currently 40F.
Yes ..... I prefer autumn to summer or winter. I quite like spring. When you boil it all down .... I don't like the heat.
