It's interesting that they black out a portion of the houseboat here. Maybe the houseboat owners complained about the webcam taking away their privacy ?

N Q, I looked at it the other day and the flow was unbelievably fast and heavy. I suppose it's not surprising after all the bad weather. I wonder if they use it for hydroelectric power as they do in France.
