This camera's location is LAT. 64 DEG. 50' 38.3" N., LONG. 147 DEG. 43' 7.5" W.. It is Fairbanks. It is very cold. This is some wild country. Take a look at that river south of town and you will see who is really in charge here. That's the Tanana River flowing anywhere and everywhere. Follow it southeast (upstream) to find one of those creepy deep holes off to the east. Better known as Harding Lake. I'm sure at groung level it's a nice lake. Microsoft Virtual Earth shows a layer of ice on it but Google Maps shows the true depth of this hole. What do you think is down there? Enjoy the view from above.
