The information you give is very valuable, thank you very much.
Mira ... that's just so lovely .... an enchanted forest all of your own! How your life must have changed ..... and only for the better. :D
Yes, there are a lot of evergreens ... but also plenty of alders which shed leaves. The leaves mainly fall in the wood though ... most of the work is clearing up fallen dead branches after storms. Here's a typical view of the north side of our wood, taken in October ... http://s4.postimg.org/r9gbvv1n1/0_W1_A5149_2.jpg
Do you have lots of leaves falling down? I don't know why but I pictured your place as mostly evergreens.
Hi MD ... just trying to keep on top of things outside ... although it's a fairly thankless task in winter ... more like "damage control" at this time of year.
Hi Mira .... and they are having such fun. I didn't see any comments from you yesterday ..... I wondered if you'd had power cuts.
Nice to see people out on the snow again.
Snow machines in action again.
when the bloke stands next to it you realise how big that snow machine is.
LOL it's not snowing. As I was watching this cam the storm abruptly came to a halt so I'm going to assume what looked like a storm to us was another snow machine blowing the snow across the cam view.
2 snow machines in the middle of a snowstorm!
nellys fan.... thanks for that! :)
no snow yet but the wind took trees down yesterday!!!
I saw in the news that North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, amongst others, have been hit with snow storms! :/
Trix/Carson ... has the snow reached you yet? Here in WA we have rain, rain and more rain.
hi carson...a belated reply...southern new hampshire...
Hi Carson ... here in NW WA we've still got summer temperatures and no rain ... very unusual for this time of year. Mind you, we rarely get really cold winters either ... it usually averages around the mid-40s, plus we get the odd day or two of snow if we're lucky ... but rarely anything dramatic. :)
Please pardon the delay in retun of comment...
I havent been on here for a while
I kind of like seeing the snow....but not looking forward to it here in Southern Indiana. Where are you?
That's what I love about all the cams and people visiting. You get to hear from fun folks all over the world. To me that is very neato!
