It appears to be as I said, it continously turns at a antenna rate, meaning the old type of antennas that rotated for TV and HAM antrennas (the speed) it is more like the radar Antennas on ships, only very slow, super expensive, hmmm interesting, why not two cameras and only (Cheaper) turn 180 degrees? way less expensive
It is in reality, a Pan-cam kid
